Hi, I’m Andy Sellers, one of the co-founders of 3Search. Day-to-day I run the business alongside my Business Partner, Charlie.
When we first came together to start 3Search, we knew that we wanted to create a business that was a market leader in marketing and digital marketing recruitment. To do that we knew that we had to prioritise making our customers’ experience with us the best it could possibly be.
Fundamentally, there was a massive problem with customer service in what we were doing previously, and we felt that there was a gap in the market to do something different.
Now, a lot of people say that they do things differently, but a USP isn’t really a thing in the recruitment market. We just had an ambition and an appetite to do what we did, but better. Calling people back, staying in touch with them and creating a good customer service was at the heart of what we wanted to do when we started the company and continues to be our mission now.

Over the years, my role has definitely changed and evolved. Day-to-day I do less recruitment, but I love getting out and meeting clients. Speaking to Marketing Directors, Heads of Marketing and CMOs around hiring top talent is at the heart of why I love what I do.
Discussing their challenges around candidate attraction, and how to attract some of the best talent to their team is the million-dollar question that keeps these people up at night, so if we can help them and guide them in terms of doing that then that’s what we love doing.

Andrew is a fantastic recruiter who is highly effective and a pleasure to work with. Charlie and his team have done an excellent job for us recently. We were restructuring the Marketing team earlier in the year and had several different positions to fill. I was impressed by the way at the outset he took time to understand the organisation, our ambitions and strategy and then was able to shortlist of excellent candidates. We've had three excellent hires and two of those have been midst COVID which was very tricky to manage ! I'd definitely recommend.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night. If I was searching for a career change, George is the first person I would connect with, and if I was looking to fill a role, he would be the first person I would ask to fill that position.
Giulia is an amazing recruiter with a true professional and personalized approach. During the recruiting process I felt like I was dealing with a caring friend who wants the best for me other than just a recruiter.
